I highly recommend this facility! From the moment I walked in to the time I left, my experience was amazing. I never felt like just another patient—they treated me with patience, knowledge, and genuine care. The front desk staff, especially Juan, was polite and attentive. This clinic is the worst. My appointment was at 1pm however I got here 15 minutes early, is 20 minutes after 1pm and I haven't seen anyone yet. I'm giving a second chance the first time I waited 30 minutes to see a doctor. DO NOT TRY THIS CLICK!! you'll not have a good experience.
The staff is polite and efficient. However, the cleanliness of the facility requires immediate attention. The seating accommodations are in an unacceptable condition. It makes me question the cleaning practices for the equipment.
The greatest staff and the best attention to need the phenomenal communication and understanding. 100% the best physical therapy place in nyc.
