I worked with Monique, Justin, and Hetu for most of my time at Pappas and I cannot say enough good things about them! They were always so attentive and kind, and made every session feel so comfortable. I will miss my time with them, but I’m so glad to be feeling better!
I can't reccomend Justin, Bindu, and the rest of the team enough. I went in with a shoulder problem that was causing me chronic pain and with their help I'm back to 100% functionality. Their knowledge and bedside manner is top notch. I'm glad I decided to go with them for my shoulder PT and I'm sure that if I stick to the home exercises I won't have any more problems. Highly recommend.

Matthew Schmidt guided my hip replacement rehabilitation with kindness, professionalism, and a great sense of humor. Not only did he make physical therapy easier, he made it fun. Matt gave me the confidence I needed to continue. The staff is wonderful.
