TLDR: Helpful and friendly, but high-volume model is likely what led to a misdiagnosis and lack of focused care. Why I Ultimately Left Pappas: Misdiagnosis & Incorrect Charting: My PT either misread someone else's chart or misremembered my history; I had to correct them that a specific issue they referenced had never happened to me. Justin was absolutely fantastic very compassionate very thorough it was a wonderful experience
Everyone is very welcoming. Very good with patients. my physical therapist, Justin was excellent with me. He made me feel very comfortable, and he is very knowledgeable with his job. I would definitely recommend him.
I worked with Monique, Justin, and Hetu for most of my time at Pappas and I cannot say enough good things about them! They were always so attentive and kind, and made every session feel so comfortable. I will miss my time with them, but I’m so glad to be feeling better!
