Dr Pappas deeply cares about his patients - he takes the time to listen and diagnose issues without jumping to quick fixes through pharmaceuticals. I feel truly blessed that a friend recommended Dr Pappas after a long search for a good primary care manager. My experience has been 100 percent positive. Her explanation of my issue and what she thought we should do when I saw her next but she has left titusville parrish medical.
Dr. Pappas is an exceptional primary care physician. His no-nonsense approach to diagnosing and recommending treatment is refreshing. One of the best providers I've ever had the opportunity to visit. His support staff is also second to none.
Appointment was for 11:30am nurse took me back at noon. Talked to me and took out (foley) did a test. Left came back in said I could go home and call back at 3pm. If she did not answer leave a message about how I was doing. It was 12:15pm and I ask to see the Dr and was told she went to lunch. Would not ref anyone to the group.
Does not listen. Has his mind made up from the intake sheet. Always hurried. Less than thorough
She has been by doctor for several years. Removed a kidney and partial bladder due to cancer. Nothing but success. She remains on top of the situation and always has time for her patient, answers all questions, and does her best to allay doubts and fears.

First Appt was with PA, second with the doctor... who was not sure why I was there? Felt very rushed and uninformed when I left. Staff was standing around - talking and joking.. However, the nurse that checked me into exam room was very polite and easy to talk with. My feeling when I left was to see another specialist, hopefully one connected to Baptist or Scared Heart and start over.
After waiting four months for appt, and another month for a procedure, I ended up in ER after procedure since Dr. Oelrich did not have after hours contact number. At another time, I urgently needed to speak to her and after two days I still had received no response. My pain issues were never satisfactorily addressed.
