Not a big Barbq eater but in Texas had to try some while in Houston on business trip. Had the brisket plate with ranch beans, Mac and cheese and corn. The brisket was very tender and great flavor with out sauce. The sauce was great not hot but good taste. Mac and cheese was very good not dry and beans excellent. I was so full eating half of the plate. Next time in Houston will try again
