Havent been there in years but is was very delecious and the wait staff was very professional i will be going back.i luv the customer service!

Service was bad but, I believe the waitresses were a little overwhelmed. We were a group of 12. The Manager’s visits to the table helped. I plan to give Pappadeaux another chance.

Food was excellent but we were at lunch and had an hour. We told our waiter a few times but the food didn’t come. Manager came over and said he was informed that our food was taking a long time and then said it was coming soon! No discount or anything offered. Several of the girls had to have them pack it to go when it arrived. The office is next door so it’s a few min walk and still couldn’t get food out in time.
I travel to Texas for work and I don't eat seafood of any kind. I go to Pappadeaux every trip, and I get a Greek salad (hold the shrimp) and a side of cheese grits....best Greek salad in the world!
Visited for the first time with friends on Tuesday for dinner. It was wonderful. My friend ordered an entree' from the happy hour menu & her husband and I from the regular menu. She requested hers to come out at the same time as ours but it showed up about 15 minutes before ours. The staff brought her a second order shortly after ours arrived and comped the first one.
