I received a follow up email asking about my experience and I completed it and let them know my gripes. Today, I received a call from the general manager, who provided great customer service. She listened, gave positive feedback, and accepted constructive criticism. RecommendedWas seated in about 10mins, server was great and accommodating & food was DELICIOUS!! More on the pricey side but that's expected with an upscale/fancier restaurant.. Well worth it in my opinion. Definitely going back very soon!
