I really enjoyed my time at Pappadeaux it was my second time there see I live in Houston and I went to Beaumont to be with family and we went out to eat at Pappadeaux the food was really good and the service was awesome the waitress was very good and kind I would Recommend anybody to go in there and enjoy a meal.....The food was very very delicious
The service is phenomenal and Chelsea Arredondo is wonderful!
Service was terrible by a server who had a “trainer” badge on. Don’t know if she was just overwhelmed or what. Did not want to fix my order after I stated I had a shellfish allergy and they forgot half of my order so I only had a portion of my food that I’m spending $40 on. Then had a very nasty attitude when we left our tips. We’re tipping based on our service not what the gratuity stated. Will try again once more before banishing this restaurant completely.
I sat at the bar, waited while 4 waiters talking finally got their attention to order my food! Good was good , can't say much about the service!

Because of my shellfish allergies, it was recommended by Chef Chelsea to have my catfish baked instead of grilled (on the same grill with all of the other seafood) for safety purposes. The baked catfish was moist & delicious! Thanks again Chef Chelsea, you’re awesome!
The food was great as always. However, the service was terrible. We were seated for roughly 15 minutes before we were greeted by an employee, which was odd as the restaurant was not busy and there was a large amount of servers standing around talking. We had to flag the server down multiple times for drink refills, forgot part of our order, after food was delivered did not check back in to see if everything was ok. All in all not a great experience with the staff at the location in Beaumont, TX.
It was my first experience and it was delish.
Enjoyed some great drinks,great atmosphere,and the waiter Erick was fantastic!! Sleep like a baby when we arrived home !!!!
