We have fresh, handmade Mexican food. Among the favorites are the taco de pescado, made with grilled halibut, taco de camaron(shrimp), pasilla grande, and our weekend offering of ceviche.

the spice is nice
Being from San Diego, we enjoy Mexican food frequently. I can say Papi’s is legit. The tacos are fat, the ceviche is on point, and the grilled pasilla pepper stuffed with homemade chorizo and cheese is better than any chili rellano I have ever had. Highly recommend and the family who runs the place is sweet. We spent $25/person but we each got an entree (2 tacos or the chorizo fries or my pepper) plus extra fries, guacamole, and ceviche. Sorry, no photos. We were starving. But be aware- they close at 8pm.
Pozole Soup is the best in the county, homemade corn tortillas, and the beans are to die for. It's spicy, its delicious, and most importantly, 100% cured my illness.
I think it cured my depression.
