NEVER AGAIN WOULD I USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We just had our house appraisal done by this company and we are in a relatively new subdivision 3 to 10 years old. They sent out a kid named Shane to estimate our house. First off showed up an hour late, no big deal but does not do his homework on houses in this area. On my cul de sac alone the lowest house was purchased at $485,000 4 years ago and the highest at $790,000.
