Their staff is very friendly and professional. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite.
Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
