World class service and our pilot was the best.
Absolutely outstanding! Booked with this company after reading tripadviser. Wasn't disappointed. Excellent service all round, limo drivers were informative and polite, our pilot skylar was excellent and a great guide and photographer as well as pilot... Would recommend!
We had a fabulous time. First trip by helicopter for the 4 of us and loved every minute. Our pilot James was informative and funny. I've ticked 2 boxes on the bucket list!!
We had a fabulous tour of the of the Grand Canyon and a lovely champagne breakfast. Our pilot was such a lovely person and gave us a fantastic tour. My mother in law was visiting from Poland and we wanted to treat her and our boys with an unforgettable experience of the Grand Canyon on Jan. 28th, 2015. We booked the Grand Celebration Sunset Tour and were incredibly satisfied with the service from start to finish. Our shuttle picked us up from The Delano on the LV Strip and our driver was truly kind. Can you please confirm that I will actually be receiving a full 100% refund for this tour as you actually cancelled us on the day along with another family of 5 and kicked us off the bus on the day of. We were looking forward to this tour with 2 of our friends originally booked for Dec 31st for months and you cancelled due to the weather which is out of your control, however only 2 of us could do the tour on Jan 04 which you cancelled again due to over booking.
