I just got back from my Vegas vacation and had an amazing time. The highlight was doing the helicopter tour involving lake mead, the hoover dam, the grand canyon and then some!. What an amazing time and cannot thank them enough for the experience. The weather was pretty windy that day and we ran into some rain which decreased the visibility of the canyons but it all resulted in a FULL refund from Papillion...a $700 value..all because "we didn't get the full experience like we paid for". the sunset Grand Canyon tour was out of this world met some cool people, pilot was awesome. Picked up by a limo, helicopter to the grand Canyon, champagne picnic at sunset, flew back over the strip.. incredible

Absolutely incredible tour and the only way to see the Grand Canyon. Booked a champagne lunch helicopter tour and it was better than I ever thought possible. A once in a lifetime experience. The pilot was friendly and informative, and from pick up to drop off Papillon did everything they could to make our day a fantastic one. Use one of the companies that fly outta Vegas airport not boulders city. This company take ur money n don't drop you back at your hotel we were expected to have known we has to get off at the Luxor And walk to the excaliber driver Judy shouted Luxor only and when asked as she drove to the mgm she said we should have gotten off there at the luxor...we paid to be dropped off at our hotel and not another!!!!! A case of them having the money and not caring. when I complained the transportation manager rang my UK number.....why? ... read more
Just wish I could have seen more! Such wonderful views from the air!
Everything is awesome. the trip was great. But when going to the boat ramp, it was very dangerous and old people will have very tough situation to get into the boat. Better update the boat ramp.
