Best experience EVER!!! We just booked the trip for 8 people the night before for the 9:15 Tour and we didn't have any trouble at all. All time schedules were just as they said and flying in helicopter is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! They even give you champagne and snacks on a spot in the middle of the Canyon! We found out that this company was involved in the accident after our trip, our condolences for that but I won't discard the company because of this as I highly believe in destiny: if you're in the wrong place at the wrong time..... read more

Papillon should be very proud of the service they provide. We loved our flights with Scott who was knowledgeable & friendly The boat ride was fantastic & such a privilege We were very well looked after on the skywalk. Highly recommend
We had an amazing flight, it was worth every penny! I was nervous, but the pilot was excellent and so smooth, I couldn't believe it. We had two pilots, very knowledgeable and informative about the Grand Canyon. The views and our pictures are fantastic. The staff was helpful and friendly at the airport. Very nice facility with gift shop, snack and drinks available. This is the way to see the Grand Canyon!!!

I wanted to write this review after seeing the tragic Helicopter crash on the news last week. My Wife, 5 friends and I did the Grand Canyon Grand Celebration 7am Helicopter tour with Papillon in November. We all had a superb time and its an experience we will all remember for the rest of our lives, Our female pilot and staff at Boulder City Airport were so professional and friendly. They cancel the flying 3 times
Great experience! Lovely staff and our pilot was great and very knowledgable. I'd love to do it again. We tried to upgrade to the front seats but couldn't - but in the end I'm glad we didn't pay the extra! You get to see the fantastic views wherever you're sat.
