We had a great trip and it was worth every penny to ask for the front seats! Ours was the 11:30 trip and here’s a run down of the whole process because I wish I’d had an idea of how the day would go. Picked up at 9:35 from our hotel, ours was the first stop of many hotels so we were on the shuttle for a while. We arrived at the airport around 10:45 and checked in for our flight. What an amazing experience! From start to finish everything was great! Customer service was excellent! We chose a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon, lake meade and Hoover Dam. Our pilot was very informative and knowledgeable. It was definitely something I’d highly recommend doing.
I went on the morning champagne breakfast helicopter flight to the Grand Canyon last week, but at book in I was informed that I was a few pounds over a limit! I was then informed that I had to pay an additional $200 for a comfort seat or I couldn’t go! But if the flight was full I would be allowed to go & get a refund?? When we was shown to the helicopter I was put in a normal seat with a normal seatbelt, the same as the other 5 people! My partner was put in a front seat so we couldn’t share the experience together! My husband and I just returned back from Las Vegas. We spent the week there with good friends and I must say we loved our Helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon and seeing the sites of the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. It was also interesting to see the Janet Jackson Mountain 😊. George our Pilot was great and we’d highly this company and George as s pilot! Thanks for the great flight!! 🚁
My husband and I visited Vegas as part of our Honeymoon trip back in May and booked the Grand Celebration Tour before our travels and all I can say is WOW. Everything went smoothly on the day, from picking us up from our hotel in a Limo, the flight itself was one of the best experiences ever with views of the Canyon which were simply stunning, the champagne picnic in the canyon was unreal and just made our experience even more special. Would highly recommend Papillion for a tour of the Grand Canyon!!!
I went out with papillon on the 16th oct 2017. They were very punctual at time of pick up from hotel. The helicopter ride was amazing from start to finish our pilot was full of humour and knowledge from start to finish. He made a nervous passenger very calm and reassured her that she really enjoyed the trip. I would highly recommend papillon helicopter tours to anyone going to Vegas it's definitely a must. Thanks to papillon for an experience of a lifetime . It made my trip to Vegas one to remember. ���
We had our flight last week to the Grand Canyon & Hoover Dam. Our helicopter pilot, Marcus, was fantastic. The whole trip was amazing from start to finish. We landed and had a champagne picnic before heading back. Can not recommend Papillon enough - a must when in Vegas.
