Their customer service is non-existent. We dropped off a part to be worked on, asked for a simple estimate on both time and cost. They could never provide it despite multiple calls over a week and a half of not knowing. After the 3rd or 4th call asking again if they knew when they would get a chance to work on it, the owner rudely told me that if he could get off the phone, maybe he could get to work on it.
