Papillion Sanitation failed! Papillion Sanitation blows. My garbage was not picked up 2 weeks in a row. Last week it was super cold so I thought that might be the case. They failed to pick up my garbage this week too. I called at 7:58 yesterday (I guess they open at 8)and left a message and asked for a call back and gave my phone number. Still waiting for a phone call back. They whole street has been skipped 2 weeks. Papillion Sanitation, you stink. Cathy, there is a date stamp below everyones comment.

Great Service - never any problems! We have used this service ever since we moved here 15 years ago and haven't had any problems. Once they did not pick up our trash because of snow, but this was also they day many businesses were closed because of the weather. This site doesn't have the date these reviews were posted, this could be really old information and possibly the company has made some changes. I suggest you try them and make your own decision. Unhappy with service My wife and I are new to the area so we just picked the first name we seen , BIG mistake. First they couldn't (wouldn't) get us a bin for a week. We also asked for and received a recycle bin (never mind it was so small you couldn't hardly use it) however we set it out every week and they still wont pick it up. GOOD Service/ They pick up anything! I've had this trash service since 1999. I think they are great! They Bring you Nice BIG containers and they have Newer trucks with a Big Arm so the driver doesn't have to get out and Break their backs or hurt themselves. (like that they look out for the worker) Plus they do not charge for recycling. All garbage companies keep raising their prices due to gas. If people put the trash out the right way on the curb this truck should only be in front of your house for about 15-30 seconds. The ... read more

Unwritten, unstated policies: lousy service, high fees I won't even give this service a single star. I agree with the other reviews. Their service has gone a long way downhill since it was family-run and now taken over by a big Californian conglomerate. The drivers are rude, lazy, careless with the containers, and reckless. Rude customer service One of their trucks blocked my wife's car in for more than 15 minutes. She called the company from her cell, and was met with a rude operator who stated, " He's just doing his job" And refused to call the truck to get it to move. Good thing this wasn't an emergency situation. Very Rude service, go with Dales sanitation instead.

Largest Trash collection service in Douglas County We have had a few problems with service. If the weather is a little bit too rainey, snowey etc.. they might not come. The are pretty rough on the trash cans also.
