I recently purchased a used vehicle in July 2024. I took the vehicle to PFM to have them inspect it and give me peace of mind. Jeff and his team were stellar. PFM uses a web-based app/feature that allows them to provide documentation/evidence of findings and work that may need completed. I found the real-time updates to be extremely helpful. The dedicated team at PFM was very helpful! I came in for a fix on my husbands vehicle and ended up with a fix on mine as well! The team is very professional and intuitive. They care about their customers and community.
The owner, Jeff Schram, knows his stuff. He is kind and takes time to listen and understand the issue. My truck had been acting up randomly for several months, but no instrument panels lights were coming on. He invited me to stop by anytime while the shop was open when the issue was occurring so he could use his experience to put a finger on the problem.
