It's a Mixed Bag at the Flower Patch Unfortunately, I had a similar experience to Jud C. just a moment ago. A delivery person from the Flower Patch attempted to deliver flowers to me around 9 a.m. this morning (a Monday). I wasn't available to answer the door. A message was left on my cell phone advising me of the missed delivery. Very unhelpful staff We tried to order flowers for a funeral from the Flower Patch. The staff was very unpleasant and unhelpful over the phone. They did not know how to communicate professionally. I would not recommend this business to anyone.We ended up going to local HY-Vee floral shop and was very pleased with the quality of service and product. It is not very often a chain can supply more personal service than a "family" owned business.
Great Florist The Papillion Flower Patch is very convenient, right along 84th Street in Papillion. It is a very colorful, has lots of great flowers, delivers in the area and is not very expensive. My daughters particularly love the changing window displays every season. The staff is quite helpful in deciding what would be good. Parking is convenient.
