Paula and Dr. Dostal are the best. I have high anxiety going to the dentist and they both put me at ease.
I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and, until this recent visit, I’ve had a great experience and never had any issues. Unfortunately, this appointment was disappointing. I was switched to a different hygienist, which I understand, but I had to wait almost 20 minutes past my appointment time. During the cleaning, the hygienist told me she forgot which side she had already cleaned and actually asked me which side it was, as if I should know. The cleaning and checkup I received was spot on and the hygienist was very friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable! Great atmosphere and people! Would highly recommend! 🙂
