Direct Dodge Rip Off! Direct Dodge is the absolute bottom of the pit! Stay away! They'll lie to you all the way to the bottom line! We were interested in a vehicle they had advertised online. By the time we actually got to the dealership in person, this vehicle was gone and had supposedly been sold right out from under us. That's fine but we had already put a non-refundable deposit down for it in the amount of 500.00. Gave me the deal I wanted I went here to buy a new Town and Country with my husband. Despite the fact that I was buying the car, the salesman completely ignored me and spoke directly to my husband. Completely alienating me!! Actually, I found this funny. The good part, is that we got the deal we wanted with very little sweat and strife. I would definitly reccommend this establishment to others.
Superb experience my experience at olathe dodge crysler jeep ram was superb. my salesman made it extremely easy for me to get what i wanted. honestly it was like auto pilot, i just told them what i wanted and sit here as the service representatives took care of the whole deal.
Very Friendly! i buy a truck 2 years ago and we are buying a 2nd one this year every body here is very friendly and help us all the way especialiy mike the sales rep .maybe two years down the road we will be back here buying another one( ram all the way)
We would highly recommend this dealership We have had a very positive experience with Mike Moutray, Sr. He spent quality time with us, and we didn't feel pressured at any point in time. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. After looking at several SUVs at multiple dealerships, we feel very comfortable with our purchase of the Dodge Journey.
