If i could give them zero stars i would. I made an appointment for a hole in my tooth. I was very specific when i called that I needed it filled. I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment, which i did. They were rude to me from the moment i walked in, stating that they were in their morning meeting and heavily sighing. I filled out my paperwork where they asked if i had ever had a bad dental experience and to describe it. Receptionist was rude from the start. Just trying to schedule an appointment and when my insurance wasn’t in their network she just hung up on me. Which is odd because their website says “No insurance no problem. We also accept Care Credit.” Could’ve at least asked if I still wanted to schedule the appointment. Which I would have liked to but not when you get hung up on.
