This store only caters to a certain body type and size; customer service is of the poorest level I have ever witnessed. I visited paper and petals last week with the bride and her mother, in hopes of finding the bride the perfect dress. Upon arriving, they had the bride fill out a card specifying the styles she liked and I gave them dress codes and styles that we specifically wanted to see. Just left the Papers and Petals after my daughter's final fitting. Georgette and her staff helped make my daughter Mara's dream wedding a reality. The gown Georgette choose is exquisite and truly reflected what she wanted. We also were able accessorize the gown with the most elegant head piece, veil, earrings and bracelet. One stop shopping. The staff was so enthusiastic and in fact emoted the kind of warmth that made us feel like we were family. I will actually miss them.
Love this place!!! Georgette and staff are always the most helpful!
