Ordered 24 lb engineering bond paper for our plotter and everything arrived quickly and exactly as expected. The paper prints great, was packaged well, and the pricing was better than what we were paying elsewhere. Definitely ordering again.

Not sure what else to do. We filled out the RMA form on 4/17 and have followed up three times via email and once through their website chat. We have yet to receive a reply. So I guess we are forced to provide one star review until someone replies. If I actually get a response and the RMA is processed, I will update this review.
