I'd read that Paper Tiger was outstanding with good customer service. However, I've found them to be completely unresponsive to email and voice mails I've left. I'm just one individual and not a business, so maybe that has something to do with it, but I'm now going to look elsewhere here in Lincoln for shredding services, since I can't actually make contact with Paper Tiger.
Paper Tiger Shredding was excellent! Scheduling was easy, the team was professional and punctual, and the shredding process felt secure and trustworthy. Great customer service, fair pricing, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable document destruction.

The employees at Paper Tiger are so kind and generous! I had to get some old paperwork shredded and they helped me unload it and dispose of it. Kindness can go a long way and they truly helped me out more than they know!
Great people great service, no need to go anywhere else
