I called to see if they had an item, drove 30 minutes to get there and then they didn’t even have a spot where they keep it on the shelf. Employees were not helpful at all.
I went to this wonderful store May 2 and got everything i needed for my sons fire truck birthday invitations that they helped me design and they helped me design the banner i got all the party supplies and balloons i am very happy with them and i will definitley go back and recommend for other people to go there too thank you so much.
It's a little cluttery, however the customer service is great. You're greeted as soon you walk in! The staff knows the exact location of products in the store! That's a + for sure.
