I used to go to the bossier store all the time while I was in school and after I graduated I bought a lot of my teaching tools there. My mom used the store for mine and my brothers birthday party supplies and school events and even some of the items needed for my wedding. I would definitely give them a 5***** for all past visits and look forward to going soon as my sons birthday is in the next few months. And as far as party city being cheaper, I'd rather pay a lil' more and get great service(at paper shack) then to pay les ... read more
