It was extremely hard for me to reach out for help but I found this place for therapy. It ended up with me being yelled at and belittled when I came in for my therapy session. I set up an appointment and confirmed that they had a repeating time and day because I needed stability and consistency. The receptionist told me they did and to confirm with my therapist at my appointment for that continuing day and time. Paper Cranes in Queen Creek has been such a huge support for our family. Multiple members of our family attend counseling here. The providers are very friendly, helpful and patient. The front desk staff, specifically Maylea, is incredibly friendly. We have called numerous times to make adjustments to appointments due to scheduling conflicts and she is always extremely patient and kind about it. For behavioral health patients seeking care: if you are in need of a trauma informed practice with providers who know how to help you heal from the bottom up and aren't just hopping onto the latest psychological trend (looking at you, EMDR), look elsewhere. They're very well intentioned, as are many mental health providers, but they re-traumatized me with their protocol and took no accountability.
