Billing is lazy and rude. They don't treat patients how they should be
For behavioral health patients seeking care: if you are in need of a trauma informed practice with providers who know how to help you heal from the bottom up and aren't just hopping onto the latest psychological trend (looking at you, EMDR), look elsewhere. They're very well intentioned, as are many mental health providers, but they re-traumatized me with their protocol and took no accountability.
I just got back from my initial patient visit at Paper Cranes and I cannot say enough good things about this practice. It's the first time since I moved here about nine years ago that I felt I received really good care.The office is clean, modern but modest. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient.
