This place used to be good but went drastically downhill. I received an appointment confirmation text but the office was closed and I received no communication. After I was seen I never got my referral after two discussions about it. Still nothing so I need to find a new care provider that actually cares.
I was never told when my provider changed within the week of two appointments, their billing department is rude and condescending, and lab results are not given in a timely manner. I had to ask for my daughter’s blood lab results because they drew her blood and never followed up. Very unprofessional office.
Dr. Casselberry is great. Very attentive and informative.
I recommend this Dr Office, all the staff are helpful and nice. I saw FNP Sabrina today for sinus issues, and she listened to my concerns, did a thorough check, and got me the meds that will help. I've been going to Paper Cranes for a couple years, and plan to continue.
