Let me start by saying I've been a medical professional for 19 years. This is one of the most unprofessional and disorganized doctors offices I have ever been to. Also, I took my daughter in because she was just generally not feeling well, and feeling down. Instead of ordering blood work to make sure everything is within normal limits, or sending her to counseling, Carrie Tucker just prescribed her depression meds and referred her to psychiatry. I really like Melissa Brown in person, but trying to get the office staff to ask the dr questions and follow up or obtain paperwork and records has been a nightmare. I’ve been asking in person and over the phone multiple times for the last 3 months about any testing I need to get done before the end of the year since my deductible was met. I finally get a call back today saying I DO need tests, which is now a new year and a new deductible to meet first. This was easily avoidable and now very costly for me as a patient. Anyone looking for a new Healthcare Provider? Melissa Brown at Paper Cranes Healthcare in QC is probably the best healthcare provider I've ever had. I've had three appointments with her and she remembers things that we talked about on my first visit which was close to a year ago. She listens attentively, is very thorough, and genuinely cares. I am very impressed! I have never been to a doctors office that seemed to care about my health as much as they do here. They are all so wonderful and caring!
The care and friendliness of the staff is wonderful. I am highly impressed. I have gone through a few providers in the area and had not been satisfied, but the folks here were great.
