I stopped in today specifically looking for monogrammed note cards. I strolled the store for about 20 minutes. The young girl at the counter never looked up from her phone. I found something I wanted and approached the counter. Her first words to me were “that will be…..”. Shame! High end boutique spot with such horrible customer service. I won’t be back.
I searched for weeks trying to find this company..I remembered while searching on day that they did my brothers 10th birthday back in 2020. Found through a Facebook message search and was able to contact them. I was so excited to book with them for this milestone. I called and asked a ton of questions because I wanted to make sure what I was signing up for and paying for. I mean 2020 was four years ago and I couldn't remember everything.
