I stopped in today specifically looking for monogrammed note cards. I strolled the store for about 20 minutes. The young girl at the counter never looked up from her phone. I found something I wanted and approached the counter. Her first words to me were “that will be…..”. Shame! High end boutique spot with such horrible customer service. I won’t be back.
I searched for weeks trying to find this company..I remembered while searching on day that they did my brothers 10th birthday back in 2020. Found through a Facebook message search and was able to contact them. I was so excited to book with them for this milestone. I called and asked a ton of questions because I wanted to make sure what I was signing up for and paying for. I mean 2020 was four years ago and I couldn't remember everything. Patricia and her team did an amazing job on my daughters wedding invitations and wedding favors. They were very professional and easy to deal with.
Nice store. Great gifts. My visit was a little disappointing in that they have scaled things back so much.
