A family friend recommended Paper Birch shortly after we got engaged. Norbert worked with us from day 1, and was extremely personable, professional, and punctual. We originally booked photo only, but sprang for the video package after seeing their other work. On the wedding day, the photo and video crew were great at directing our family and friends. Norbert Tsi was our photographer for our wedding in April and he was fantastic! He was easily reachable via email both before and after our wedding. He responded quickly and was so helpful throughout the whole process. The day of, he was great! He was everywhere! Running around, making sure he got the best shots. We were all so impressed with his work. He was so kind and even helped my husband make a boutonniere from leftover flowers! All our photos turned out great! I would definitely recommend Norbert and his team!

Working with Norbert as our photographer for my grad photos was an awesome experience! He was very punctual, understanding and professional. When I changed locations on campus, he was flexible, patient and accommodating. I would not hesitate to work with him again to capture my celebratory moments in the future.
