Outstanding Customer Service ! I ordered a graduation present for my son, and the customized product was not as expected. I contacted the company and they immediately corrected and sent me a rush shipment with the correction. I was truly impressed with the customer service focus. These days a strong commitment to customers seems to be a lost art, but this company was a breath of fresh air, and merits recognition. Quality of finished product is very low for the cost, so disappointed with this purchase. It is personalized as requested, but for $129 the Travel Adventure Map looks like a cheap stamped Hobby Lobby print. Match box for reference to size. The scale of the print is too small for the pins included. Linen is applied and bubbling. Overall, would not recommend.
