KC is the best!! She went over and above for me and I just loved working with her!! Rob, the finance guy, was just as pleasant and I will never go to any other dealer here in Maine!!
Made an appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. Explained what was going to be done and time it would take. Comfortable lounge for waiting customers. Car ready early. Excellent experience overall.
If you need car maintenance but still need to do worky-work, this is the place for you. Their customer lounge has several cubicles with power strips - including ports for USB and lightning. Wifi is strong and reliable. Coffee/tea station is Keurig. Restrooms are nice. For real, this is better than my actual office. Best car service waiting lounge I've experienced.
Excellent car purchase experience. Mike was very knowledgeable about the WRX and was more than willing to answer my questions. Travis in finance was a great to work with, and made the process much more enjoyable. Keep up the great work!
