KC and the entire crew at Pape Subaru are incredible! I had the best experience as a first time new car buyer. The customer service was top notch! I miss all of them already, it felt as tho we had been friends for years. KC is truly spectacular, caring and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful I get to continue to work with Subaru. I'm obsessed with my new Forester! Best decision and best team ever !! ❤️
my sales person Stephen was very helpful and as a former mechanic with Pape, could answer any question. The staff in the repair department were courteous and supportive when I had to bring my new Forestor back because my dirt road kicked a stone into the brake. And I've bought all my Subarus from Pape for over 20 years, starting with Vinnie Shaw who gave me a great deal then and now with no haggling.
Loved how quick and easy the process was and how people treated me like I belonged there. No one tried to pull anything over on me and I got the full treatment. I left with a car same day.
Anferni Leng sold a salvaged titled S2000 as a clean titled car, Anferni claimed it was clean and and when the VIN was ran, it came back as salvaged title. Can't believe Pape Subaru employs people like this to work on their cars.
Bought a Crosstrek the other day at Pape Subaru and was very pleased with the whole experience. Friendly, helpful staff. A big THANK YOU to everyone involved in the sale. Very glad I stopped in.
