Service department is difficult to work with and inconvenient. They are rude. The sales department sold me 38000 dollar a car with leaking tires
Nicholas is fantastic! They’re lucky to have him there. The customer service is top notch. They followed up with me quickly and patiently answered all of my (and my parents’) questions!! It’s tricky to find a dealership where you as the customer feel like a priority and not just a consumer, Pape subaru exceeds those standards. I’m grateful for their kindness, transparency and professionalism. 100% recommend.
Although. I brought my car in for them to fix an electrical issue,my hood had been dented badly many months prior. I noticed when I got home that somebody had taken out many of the dents. I didn't ask for anyone to do this.Nor did anybody tell me that they were going to do this. They just did out of the kindness of their heart and it is greatly appreciated. People like this make the world a better place.
