Could not be happier with our experience at Pape. Danielle was my sales person in 2018, again in 2020 when we traded in our Crosstrek for a brand new model, and now trading in our 2021 for a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness Edition. This is a cautionary tale for potential Pape Subaru service customers. I recently took my Outback in to have the display unit checked and the software updated. As part of the service they do a courtesy vehicle inspection. My inspection, according to Pape, revealed, “Front lower control arm bushings are torn” which they would fix for $810. Because Pape service is expensive, I took the car to my regular mechanic and asked them to check it out and replace the bushings.
