Fast and friendly
Your parts team is top notch! Skyler is a life saver . He is always very polite and forward thinking. He recently figured out replacement parts for a old Hyster 80 that the parts were no longer available. He and a tech crossed the magic numbers and schematics and saved us a costly upgrade.
One star for the employee at the parts counter. Employee at the counter was rude, unprofessional and had no clue what parts were what. This employee made it known he was irritated with looking up parts. The lady "D" who answers the phone was very friendly and helpful. She knows what she is looking up and puts in effort.
The service team here is TOP NOTCH.
