TERRIBLE experience- mainly with the billing department (Kris). She was very rude & condescending each time we spoke. However, the real issue was that she was extremely impatient with insurance issues that were out of my control. I ended up having to make an appeal to the insurance (after myself and Dr. Pape received an EOB letter stating that the procedure was 100% covered) in which i was told would take 30-45 days.
