I love coming to this place... been going here for the past 5 years and staff are great, very friendly and welcoming! Food is awesome and place is clean!!!
After being regular customers sometimes twice a week we got a huge fly in our pho. Okay. Let's get a new bowl two more baby flies. We just send it back not going for new bowl this time. The manager says when we come back(cause he knows us) we have to eat inside. He blamed it on patio but honestly the flies were all under the noodles. Refused to let me sit outside. Why have outdoor seating if you won't serve me out there? I left to go eat elsewhere.
Service was not good I will not be going back.

Love it. The staff is fast and polite. The food is great. And selections are plentiful.
Disappointed in the customer service. Shameful how little regard they have for customer satisfaction. There are better places out there that also value their customers. Don't waste your money here.
