I don’t know if this business still exists given they seem to have disappeared from social media and don’t answer messages, but what I do know is I had them install some ceiling fans and the screws were over tightened so much that they’re stripped and won’t come out. To say I’m irritated is an understatement. At the time of service, I also had to have them come out and make fixes to their work multiple times. I’ve tried to get them to come back out and fix the fans to no avail. Do not recommend.
We are new home owners and it’s pretty overwhelming. We were happy to welcome Matt from PHS to help us with items we are not skilled to do— such as hanging drapes, fixing light fixtures, realigning doors so they close, etc. Matt is professional yet personable and got the jobs done right!! We would definitely recommend PHS to anyone who needs a home thing done— big or small!!
Gio installed a reverse osmosis water system in our kitchen and he was awesome!!! I was thrilled to us Papasan Home Services and plan to utilize them in the future. Super easy to communicate with, schedule, and great work overall.
I have used papasan home services twice and had great experience both times! They are kind, communicate well and professional! They will continue to be our go to handyman!
