What a find! We were on our way to New Orleans and started getting hungry about Opelousas. I went on Trip Advisor to see what the top seafood restaurant was, and it came back with Crawfish House and Grill. Wow! We were still talking about how good the meal was 20 minutes after we left. We had 3 different entrees as well as grilled alligator, and all items were awesome. The young lady that waited on us did a great job.
It is always good! The fried green tomatoes are the best I ever had!
My husband and I decided to try this place again, after leaving several times in the past. The service was bad...she'd rather talk to regulars than get us refills or check on our food. We waited a long time before getting our food, which came out cold. The food is not worth the price you pay. Completely OVERPRICED! We had to get other servers attention to get the things we needed. Needless to say we won't be back.

Been here a few times and loved all the food. Crab cakes are 100% blue crab, no filler. Service could improve though.
