the young man at the counter couldn't even be bothered to comment when I said I had heard great reviews off Facebook from a friend. He didn't respond, then when we left I had to holler at the young man again to say thank you & he just looked up & didn't respond. then the young lady that was working was really having a jaw problem ( if you know what I mean)

If you love a good Philly Cheesesteak, and you pass through Redding, you’ve GOTTA GO to Papa’s Cheeseteaks on Hartnell. I’ve never had a better West Coast Philly. Their service is top notch, the shop is incredibly clean, and Ted is THE NICEST GUY! Go get a cheesesteak at Papa’s!
The food is trash, the owner is a dick, and I’d much rather go to Yama Sushi, which is right next door, than go to Papa’s Cheesesteaks. Picture included is a personal response from the owner of the restaurant to me within the same day of me posting this review. He blocked me after the last message I sent.
Great food very clean establishment, one of my favorite spots to eat.

Thank you for the kindness and patience as we called in our order close to closing. My husband wanted to celebrate Veterans Day with a beer and cheesesteak. It was delicious! Can’t wait to come back for more.
