We didn't even make it past the office staff at the appointment to see the Dr. We paid $175 up front for a consultation for my 13 year old. No paperwork was sent prior to the appointment and when we arrived I signed everything except for the 1 form that had very odd language regarding Medical Photo Consent that stated "refusing to sign will NOT affect your treatment, payment, enrollment, or eligibility". Literally just called to inquire and they couldn't answer any question such as are surgeries done at a hospital. Do you take insurances? Represenative said we cant answer any questions you need to consult with the doctor and the fee is $175. NO THANK YOU. Customer Service- praise your doctor discuss how the experience will be! You have to sell your doctor craftsmanship, have a a customer service mentality also sales mindset. Once you have eased the patient then ask for $175. Today Dr Pap took out my melanoma. From the very first appointment it has been the best experience. Marisol is phenomenal office manager and gets everything done with reassuring and cheerful demeanor. Dr Pap answered my questions before I asked, explained the good and the ugly of my procedure, double checked the pathology results before making a plan. Not only that, he was considerate of my age and tried his best to leave as little scar as possible. Still have more ahead, but I am convinced I am in the best hands. Highly rec... read more

I recently had a breast augmentation with implant swap performed by Dr. Papanicolaou and I couldn’t be happier with my results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth. Dr. Papanicolaou was knowledgeable, and listened to what I wanted. His entire team was incredible. They were supportive, kind, and efficient every step of the way. Overall it was a great experience and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend!
