The office is wonderful!! I was very nervous, but Dr Papandrea, the front staff and the billing made me feel very comfortable, and very willing to answer all my questions. Highly Recommended!!
Fantastic !! Just met Dr. Papandrea this March 2022 with post menopause problems n loved her off the bat . Very kind , upfront with details , treated me like she’s known me a long time . Just had surgery this past Monday n it was perfect . No Problems thank God , n Dr. stood next to me in preop room in 0R before I went in n made me very very comfortable before I went cause I was a nervous wreck inside !! She’s a wonderful person !
There are a few gems in this office, but in all my visits there, the bad outweighs the good... I am most upset with how I am treated after requesting to do my vitals and patient review in a private room instead of seated in the hallway. The nurse was rude and became sarcastic with me and sadly this has not been my first experience. I thought this office would value HIPAA and patient's rights a bit more. Dr. Papandrea is wonderful. She is kind, and will be very honest and direct. She has a wonderful sense of humor, and I really enjoy working with her!
I wouldn’t allow Dr.papanrea deliver another child of mine if she was the last doctor available. She was extremely rude to me during my first pregnancy and made my delivery something I try hard to forget
I love Dr. Papandrea... she is very easy to speak to, explains in terms I understand, down to earth, easy to talk to... the kind of person you could call friend. Please never leave Utica!!!
Wouldn't go to anyone else, she is the best. Has taken wonderful care of me throughout my pregnancy and routine care. Easy to talk to and very caring.
She is wonderful. She was in Oneida when I delivered and ended up following her to Utica because I love her so much. She is down to earth, friendly, honest and exactly what women need in an OBGYN. I can’t say enough great things about her.
Unprofessional. After my delivery I heard she was saying unflattering things about me that made staff uncomfortable.
