It's a habit that I just can't break! I have been eating at Papalucci's for 16 years and absolutely love it. It all started when we lived in Long Beach and would get there early so we could beat the crowds. Now that I live in San Diego, I still manage to get back here at least once a month for lunch. The garlic rolls are to die for, but my favorite is the simple preparation of their pasta with olive oil, garlic, parsley and red pepper. Belmont Shore Italian This is a nice restaurant, small, so you might have to wait for a bit for a table. The food is very good and the service friendly and professional. There are several menu items so you may have a tough time making a decision. You can take a walk down Second Street in Belmont Shore after dinner.
Great Food, Great time! Excellent service. Excellent food. Especially the garlic rolls, a must have. There is limited seating, but well worth the wait. Get there just before the dinner rush, because it is a favorite of the locals!!!
If you love garlic, this is the place This italian restraunt offers good food and a reasonable price. The garlic rolls are the best. Everything tastes fresh and is not just your average traditional italian food. Very popular with the locals so get there early.
Great Italian food in the Southern California – With all the trendy or chain Italian places in SoCal, it is nice to know there are still family owned Italian restaurants serving up quality food. The prices were very good, and the food was even better. It is not a fancy establishment, but if you want great food at a reasonable price, this is a great spot.
