Booked an appt with Raphael. I showed up early and he never showed up. I left after 10min after my appt time. Appt was booked through their google link, he was available, I got several notifications of my confirmation. There was only one barber there, and he started laughing when I got up to leave.

The worst experience of my life. I do not recommend it to anyone! Please, administration, train the proper staff!
