Been living here about a year. Everyone in complex is amazingly nice.This has been one of the best experience living in her apartment. With how all the neighbors tend to look out for one another
Hello, recently moved in to Papago View Apts in end of February 2024. Pretty quiet and a nice apartment complex, the outside main streets are not the safest but the complex itself feels fine. Met some neighbors and made some friends already. My apartment wasn't cleaned b4 we moved in but we did rush our move in because we had a deadline and (Chiquita) worked with us great and got us in fast!! Maintenance here is great too, (Hector) does a nice job and is friendly and always carrying on nice conversations with myself or my fi... read more

Small apartment complex in Phoenix. I can't say I felt super safe here, but as long as you maintain a buddy system and deadbolt on your front door, you should be ok. Maintenance/management kind of stinks as my apartment was clearly not cleaned before my move in and they have yet to repair my living room fan after three months. Parking is not assigned, but there are usually always spaces available. Neighbors are quiet, but do note this complex is on the side of a busy rode.
