I do not enjoy writing a negative review. Papagnos has had three months to respond to weekly calls/emails requesting resolution on a bungled job and I continue to get the run-around. If I can help others avoid the headache I endured, it’s my responsibility to share this story. Papagnos lists core values on their website: honesty; integrity; respect and trust. Papagno's Granite went out of their way to help me solve a granite issue that arose in my condo yesterday. I was not a past customer, but yet they went out of their way to listen to my issue and then found a way to send workmen out the same day I called. Very happy with the team at Papagno's Marble and Granite. We recently completed a remodel in Scottsdale and they fabricated and installed all the counter-tops in our home with a mixture of Natural Stone and Engineered Quartz products. I have to say that the 10' x 6' Quartzite Island counter-top is one of the highlights of the entire project.
