Uneven quality of products and services. We have bought many things over the years. Sometimes everything was great, other times we had problem (variable food quality, weight lower than what was indicated, ingredient not as advertised…). The first time, I sent an email about the problem, but never got a response. We now almost only limit ourselves to their imported products, but it is still high priced. Another thing I dislike is asking for tips when buying only groceries (not restaurant or butcher product).
