The first time I ordered here my pizza was delicious! Which was last week, this time today valentine’s feb 14, 2026 I ordered a squared pizza half veggie half chicken it was horrible. The pizza needed to be cooked longer no pizza can be done in 20 minutes needs to be cooked at least 35 to 40 minutes. I know there are younger kids who work at this place but they need to tell them to make sure that food is done.
Placed an online order for in-store pickup. I checked the food once I got to my car — thankfully — because the breadsticks were clearly raw/undercooked. Had I not been so shocked, I would have taken a photo. I went back inside and asked for the breadsticks (and pizza, due to the delay) to be remade. The only young man working in the front refused. Very good pizza
My experience was terrible. Overall the food and service were a disgraceful mess. I was racially profiled and put next in the service line even though I was there first. FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER.
DO Not eat here. I ordered a simple meal and ended up with full blown food poisoning. Within hours I was nauseous, vomiting, and miserable. This was not a coincidence this was unsafe food handling. No meal is worth getting sick over. Extremely disappointed and honestly concerned for anyone else who eats here.
