Twice I've ordered and both times when I go to pickup food everything is ready but the chicken dinner and expect me to wait another half hour for chicken they didn't even start cooking. The new employees are clueless on how to prepare food. No way they can continue operating like this.
Ordered a Papas Favorite. Got there and had to wait for bread because they forgot it came with the order. Got home and it was only five pieces. Called back and gentleman told me I was not charged for a Papas Favorite, even though that is what I ordered. Needless to say, he would not give me my five pieces of bread. To top it off, this was the worse pizza I have ever had from a Papas Romanos. Last time ordering from this location.
Pizza took 30 mins longer than the given wait time. (I was the only customer) Turns out they were out of pineapple and sent someone to the store to get it, they never got it. When I finally got my pizza I went back to work to eat it, just to find out there was no sauce, it was under cooked and the dough was still dough. Highly disappointing, put they wanted to make it right by giving me a free pizza next time, well they won’t answer the phone to take my order. So I tried to call in and place an order for pickup today (5/20) and got no answer (11:15 am). So I went around to the store and walked in, stood there for about 5 minutes, nobody came from the back (I had just seen another potential customer walk in and walk out) but thought that was a fluke. Nope, could’ve been there to do some nefarious deed. Needless to say, I just went across the street to the competition (Jets). Btw, the worker came out of the back after I was back in my car. This used to be one of my go to spots for my chicken pita, but I stop in today and Received a horrible pita sandwich. My Caesar dressing was in a cup coved with aluminum no lid.the restaurant was not as clean as it used to be
