New owner was very nice and pizza was ready and made right.
This place has gone to hell since Don, previous owner left. We have ordered 3 times since he left and our pizza was horrible every time. Last night we went in there and the pizza was made wrong and place actually looked dirty for the first time. The new owner had 3 young employees there just standing around and one girl even walking around eating pizza while him, the owner was taking orders and preparingthe pizza, Don would have never allowed that. I no longer recommend this.
I tried this place for the first time today, at the fault of my own I didn’t read the fact that it says take and bake smh… I paid almost 30 bucks for pizza that I had to bake myself. I could have went to Kroger and bought one of my favorite pizzas for about 8 bucks a piece!!! This is a genius concept business wise but for customers, the pizza is over priced and it’s pretty basic pizza, nothing exciting about it. This used to be a great place, but it changed owner a few months ago and I can totally tell the difference. Customer service is very poor and I ordered XL pizzas through their app with at least 4 hours in advance only to find out when I arrived to pick up that I was getting L because supposedly they didn't have the XLs. No one called me at all to advise there was a problem with my order...
