Called at 3:30pm to order a few pizzas. They said they were out an hour and I said "ok but will it for sure be done by 4:30pm". Walk into the crowded store at 4:40pm. Pay my $22 for pizza and the lady goes to find my pizza. Doesn't find it. Then tells me it will be right up. I wait 10 minutes then ask how much longer will it take. They say "30 minutes" I just asked for a refund. 40 minute wait for a pizza that is paid for and was supposed to be done by 4:30?!? Pretty ridiculous.
