Pretty upset with this location! Not only did they not have heart baker pizzas for Valentine’s Day (advertised all over) but then I asked for an XLNY pizza with no sausage and the snotty girl said they couldn’t make any changes to the pizza, when it’s a pre made pizza I understand but when you make the pizza right in front of me and can’t leave something off is a bit ridiculous! We've purchased probably 20-30 pizzas from these guys. All great. Tonight we had a pizza that was soggy wet on the bottom. Another friends said she had the same problem this week. I called and they would not do anything other than "let the manager know" if I wanted to bring the pizza back with the receipt they would credit me, but I had hungry kids that took bites out of the outer crust so they wouldn't take it back.
