We ordered two pizzas tonight on their buy one get one free special. I added the pizza special to my cart that said BOGO Large Pepperoni. When something says BOGO in the title it implies that you're adding two pizzas. The one you're paying for and the free one. When I got there to pick up my order, there was only one pizza. The manager said you had to add the BOGO offer then add the separate pizza in your kart that you wanted free. No where did it say this in the advertisement. This place is something else. Order two pizza's tonight WITH NO MUSHROOMS get home to cook them, and they are covered in mushrooms. Called the store they said come in we will give you two new one's. I was happy. Then I got there and they said they needed the trays from the old pizzas to give me the new ones. I said are you kidding me, you expect me to drive home again get the trays come back AGAIN to get what I paid for?? The hideousness of their customer service will haunt my dreams forever. If you go in and the ginger buy is working, check your pizza for hair cause I found red hairs in my pizza. Gross.

My opinion, the manager and assistant manager at Papa Murphy's, 478 Lancaster Dr NE, Salem, OR, are total failures. I suggest getting your pizza from the garbage dump as it is my opinion it would be better food.

Love the pizza, but location specific coupons? Good for pizza on Lancaster but not on South Commercial. More than once I've been rejected and had to drive back to Lancaster location..
